ORGANISING COMMITTEE FOR THE 2010 OMFA WORLD CUP ARAU™

LAWS of The Game

1. All matches shall be played in accordance with the Laws of the Game
in force at the time of the tournament and as laid down by the
International Football Association Board.

2. Each match shall last 14 minutes , comprising two periods of
7 minutes, with a half-time interval of 2 minutes

3. If the score is still level, penalty kicks will be taken to
determine the winner in accordance with the procedure described in
the Laws of the Game.

4. There will be corner kicks and cards for every matches.

5. There will be a Trophy (OMFA WORLD CUP) to be won. The winning team will be provided with the Trophy during a ceremony immediately following the final whistle.

6. Golden Shoes, Golden Ball and Best Goalkeeper

The Golden Shoe will be awarded to the player who scores the most goals throughout the competition.

The Golden Ball will be awarded to the best player of the final competition on the basis of a vote taken among all the players accredited for the event.

A trophy will be awarded to the best goalkeeper in the tournament, as selected by the OMFA Technical Study Group.

LIST OF PLAYERS

Let's make it simple .

At least 6 players in a team.

A(1) player will act as reserve.

Each team shall send their list of players to the Chairman of the Organizing Committee.

Any transfer/buy/sell of players must be informed to the Organizing Committee.

This Competition is opened to EVERY MARINE STUDENTS (Including part 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6) .

It's easy. Just inform the Organizing Committee about the participitation , give the list of players , and PLAY.

REFEREEING

1. Each team participated in OMFA World Cup 2009 , shall send a person to be in OMFA REFEREES COMMITTEE.

2. The referees and assistant referees for the competitions will be appointed for each match by the OMFA Referees Committee.

3. The referees and assistant referees shall receive their official refereeing kit and equipment
from OMFA.

4. Everybody is to respect "the spirit of fair play and non-violence"

FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

Will be managed by the Organizing Committee.

There will be a fixed fees for a fixed period of time for each teams. The amount to be paid will be announced soon.

And the Organizing Committee will also try to find some sponsors to support this Competition.

1.semua peraturan adalah sama dengan badan FIFA dunia.
2. kepada pendiver, pemblock (ni arip guna great wall), penackle (ni amal apabila terlepas bola) akan dikenekan kad kuning.
3. kiter akan ader corner.
4. pinajaman player ( diterangkan dalam rules regulation of transfer)
5. sila main fair play kepada setiap pemain.
6. masa adalah 8 minit sebelah.
7.sila datang awal pada hari perlawanan
8. sila masuk padang awal. kegagaln pengurus masukan player pada waktunya. pasukan itu dikira kalah 3-o ( fateh star sila datang awal ke perlawanan).
9. pasukan yang hendak sertai sila bg nama anda pada ppembukaan sem ini
9. perlawanan terbuka kepada geng marin dan sedikit geng2 campuran.
10. keputusan pengadil adalah muktamad/.

1. player can transfer to any club he want...
2. club can buy any player
3. all player can only transfer to 1 club in 1 season.
4. player can get their aggent
5. cant loan player from other team. (kecik ngn wawi selamat)
6. can loan from any player yng bukan dalam omfa.
7. harga maner pun x kesoh..
8. segala perpindahan harus inform OMFA federation

OMFA Premier League

For all those player OMFA out there..... this are something big going happening next season.... all the board of OMFA has gather and meeting at the kedai muka suci.................. we are going to have a OMFA premier league next season... no more playing rubbish..... there are going to be a prize to make the OMFA more interesting..... the format will be like EPL league........ we will have breaking news, transfer rumor and more...... and in the league we will give maybe some silverware for the winner. we will award best playa of the season... and of couse top scorer awrd to.......( bazil jagn berangan nak dapat).... our pitch will be pauh( dynamic futsall) and jawi (mnz)..... so player please be ready... becouse we will playing with card this year and we will have and official refree ( arip jangan harap ko bleh guna great wall china lg)... and also the point system.....
